During taxiing, takeoff, landing, and turbulence, owners secure their dogs using an approved safety harness connected to the seatbelt tether. Collars, leashes, and muzzles remain mandatory throughout the journey. During the initial rollout, the airline permits a maximum of two small pets under 10 kg in carriers per flight. These small pets sit at least eight rows away from larger dogs.
The service costs €95 per flight in addition to the standard passenger fare. Passengers must book the service at least four working days before departure.
