Who Can Apply?

How Non-EU Citizens Can Join: Mandatory Requirements

Applying for the Universal Civil Service involves a centralized digital process. Foreign applicants must follow four main administrative steps.
Obtain SPID or Request DOL Platform Credentials
Italian citizens and foreign residents use SPID or CIE (Italy’s digital identity system) to log into the official application portal, Domanda On Line (DOL).

Select a Project
